We all know we need a good night sleep to rest and recover from a long day, but how much exactly would you need!? During the summer I like to stay up late, and well!.!.!.have to wake up early unfortunately, and I don't get enough sleep at all, I feel tired, unenergized and sometimes I get acne (not sure if its from not getting enough sleep, but some say that causes it)!.
