First have a cup of coffee, then a refreshing shower and then if you have the things in to make one have a fresh fruit smoothie if not have another cofffee!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

During my exams in school, I took energy tablets called Dxtra (I think)!. Its just vitamins and it tastes like sherbet!. It made me go hyper, but I hadnt slept in ages so that shows how good it is :PWww@Answer-Health@Com
