Did i rupture my Archilles Tendon?!
Question: Did i rupture my Archilles Tendon!?
Hey, uhh well, 3 days ago i kicked a steel goal post (soccer net) as hard as i possibly could (by accident)!. Since then i have been in pain at times when i try to walk!. The pain isn't large but I feel a little spark of pain when I move my foot!. Anyways, I looked at my foot the day after the incident and when i looked, i saw a small red bump on the laces part of my foot!. (the top)
My dad told me that i might have bruised my tendon!. So i looked up what a "tendon" was on the internet and i found out that the tendon located near the foot is called the "Archilles Tendon"
I need to know if it is serious and/or worth going to the doctor to get it checked!. I have not gotten it checked yet by a specialist!. The bump on top of my foot looks like a small red rectangle!. It's not noticable now, but 2 days ago it was!.
I also would like to know what happened to my foot!. Did i rupture my archilles tendon!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no,not a tendon you probally bruised a muscle!.
if you ruptured the achilles tendon you wouldnt be able to walk without intense pain(unbearable pain)
and you would probally walk with a linp after that so i say you bruised a muscle!.
achilles tendon is in the back btw!.the hard rod like thing on the back of your foot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
