Been there done that!. Symptoms are when you wake up in the morning your toes are curled in, your heels hurt when you walk!. It is very painful!.
Some treatments are, physical therapy, cortisone shots in the heel area, traction equipment to use while you're sleeping and rest!.
I suffered for several years with this on & off!. I eventually had surgery where the plantar fasciitis was cut, have been pain free for 5 years!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
