Question: I have a stiff neck what can i do to ease the pain!?!?
my right side of my neck hurts really bad and i cant move my head that way but i can move it to the left its just the right side thats like swollen or has a knot in it!.!. what can i do to get rid of the pain!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is gonna be tough, but massage it!. Take some advil or whatever, massage that side of your neck and then go take a nap!. It might hurt for a few days!. It sucks, I know but you have to let it pass!. Hope this helps! Oh, try leaving a hot towel on it, that might relax some tense or knotted muscles (muskells)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
