Problems with the right foot, the heel or archilles tendon?!

Question: Problems with the right foot, the heel or archilles tendon!?
As it say's in my question, I have terrible pain in the back of right foot where the heel meets the back of the leg; I think that probably called the archilles tendon!. Well to continue, I only get pain when someone or myself presses firmly with fingers onto the area itself!. The pain is intense and very sensitive, but after along agonizing while, the pain eases off!. I just wanted to know what could it be and hopefully anyone who knows anything about feet, would be great!. :) Thank you for anyone who responds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it def sounds like achillies tendonitis !.!.!. usually comes on by too much impact on the heel area from running up a hill or too much impact and wearing improper shoes!.

You need to wear good shoes when doing any type of exercise, walking etc and massaging your achilliest tendon when it's inflammed is apparently not good for it so don't do that!.

Icing is really helpful to bring down any inflammation and wearing a ankle wrap support!. Staying off of it helps as well when tie pain is severe!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a tendon and if the pain doesnt' go away, I'd see a DR!. My dad ripped his b/c he ignored it and had to have surgery!. His other one started feeling the same way and the dr!. gave him exercises that are supposed to help stretch it, it made some swelling go away and postpone another surgery!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you kidding me! same here! except it comes when i pitch!.!.!.what i do is rub it,but it sound like that doesnt help you!.if i pitch a complete game,it swells up sometimes!.umm!.!.!.good luck
