Question: My body feels a continuous ache, please help x!?
Hi!. I know I shouldn't seek medical advice on here, I just would like to know if anyone has experienced this before!. For the past 2 weeks now, my leg and arm muscles have been sore as if I have just worked out the day before, and they continously hurt through the day, with certain areas being sorer than others (one day it was thighs, but today it's my shoulders & backside!)!. It is really weird for me because the only excercise I do is brisk walking, but now after walking my legs are killing me, especially the thigh area!.
To be honest, I'm so reluctant to go to Dr!. as I feel it's nothing major, however I've felt the annoying dull ache within my body now for 2 weeks with some days worse than others!. Aside from that, I feel Ok just cranky!. I've tried hot baths, drinking alot, etc!. I'm 20, so could it be 'growing pains!?' I'm thinking it might as in general the pain has a sublte tightness!. I can't have this forever, it's making me miserable !.:( It's just this continuous ache all over me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are about a million conditions that can cause body aches!. Without a doctor's diagnosis, we could speculate all day!. Could be depression or anxiety, could be that you're getting sick, could be that you need to cut down on the walking for a few days!. Try some solid best rest!. Take Advil, use a heating pad, wear comfortable clothes, and most of all, relax!. Have you been stressed lately!? If you don't feel better after a few days of rest, then you might want to consider seeing a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you are better to go to a doctor to be sure but it sounds to me that you are working to hard on your walk and not stretching and your working mucsles are tight and sore, but go to a doctor and make sure incase it is serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your situation could be possibly serious since it has been occurring to you for weeks now!. So it's better to see the doctor right away!. Remember to PREVENT is better than cure!. So get up on your feet and see the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, first of all your problem is not medical, its nutritional, your body does not have the sufficient amount of Vitamins, minerals, water, fiber and proteins it needs!. How about water, do you drink enough!? how much is enough, 2 liters a day at least, not any liquid but water!. Here is my advice to you, in a week you will feel brand new!. Every day eat Fruits in abundance and drink water up till noon, then have a healthy lunch and dinner!. You will first clean your organism with the antioxidants the fruits have, you will spend allot of time in the toilet only the first couple of days!.
