hello!. im 14 years old and i have a migraine!.
the best way to heal it is to exercise!.
what kind of exercises/workouts will help me heal my headaches!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi!.
I know that yoga is supposed to be good for keeping
migraines at bay, but I'm not sure if doing yoga when you have a migraine will help much!. However, you can find a lot of different yoga exercises on the Internet now, and you can even print them, and tack them up wherever you like to exercise!. itunes has a lot of great meditation music, if you need to find some soft music to do yoga to!. I downloaded some songs on itunes, by an artist named Sophia, and it is perfect for relaxing to!.

I have had migraines off and on for many years!.
I have a special little system, that usually works like a charm to take my migraines away!. I press lightly on the temple area, and massage it in circular motions with my fingers!. Then I place the pads of my middle or ring fingers on my eyebrows, and press there too, and massage it lightly!. There is a spot at the beginning of the eyebrow, and another spot that feels like a little dip, just under the brow!. I feel for it and massage it in small circular motions, lightly!. I also press on the eyebrow and drag my fingers across it, to relieve tension!. I don't know if it's stretching out tight muscles or just what, but I know that It helps a lot!.

In addition to this, when tension is partly responsible, I massage my feet, by the arch, and my shoulder and neck areas!. They usually get very tense when I have a migraine, and it helps a lot when I massage them!. Listening to peaceful meditation music helps too!. It keeps me tension-free, and that keeps my migraines away!. I have had migraines since before I was your age, so I really do understand!.
