Y can i sleep?!


Question: Y can i sleep!?
on fri i slept normal
sat i had 3 hours of sleep and i stayed up till like 7-8 in the morning that night then i got up at 130 and im still wide awake\

i tried 2 sleep but didnt work

and i usally sleep 4 about 12 hours in the summerWww@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you've thrown off your sleep cycle!. You need to force yourself to go to sleep at the same time every night in order to readjust!. Don't eat a couple hours before bed time, sip some chammomile tea right before bed or a warm glass of milk!. And tonight, take a hot, hot bath and that should put you out!. Don't take sleep aids if you have to babysit and drive somewhere, you would be considered driving while under the influence if you were pulled over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Normally in the summer, teens tend to lie around and do virtually nothing all day!.
If you're physically active each day and exercise well, you will feel very tired by the end of the day - trust me on this!.

Also, avoid eating for about 2 hours before bed, (especially sweets)

Counting sheep may help, or reading a very boring book!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
