If its bleeding, which it probably is apply pressure with a cool clean washed washcloth or use a paper towel, just make sure you keep things including your hands clean before touching it!. Once the bleeding stops, apply iodine, IF you are not allergic to iodine with clean or sterile gauze pads or cotton swab!.

That really depends on where and how bad you cut it!.
That part of our bodies usually heals pretty quickly!. Just make sure you keep it clean!. No sex or anything until it heals!.
