You mean feel like for the person having it!? If it's really chronic and been going on for quite some time such as in people with thalassemia you probably don't feel anything at all except for some discomfort in your upper abdomen!. If it's really huge and eating up all your red blood cells then you'll have all the anemic symptoms (fatique, fainting, pale, etc!.) If the cause of enlargement is something else such as acute infection you might actually feel pain along with the symptoms of that particular infection!. There are actually tonnes of things that can result in an enlarged spleen and the symptoms accompanied are all different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
