Answers:
Impetigo is contagious ( or is it infectious, i get them mixed up)
If that is what the doctor said it is , then you've no reason to disbelieve him, Use the medication given and DONT share a towel with him!.
Why have you been rakes of times!? Once should be enough, to be diagnosed, and medicated!. If he is using the meds properly and is still not getting better, then go to a different doctor for a second opinion, he may need to see a specialist if the second doctor disagrees with the first!.
Dont leave itany longer, this is not right, do something nowWww@Answer-Health@Com

Impetigo is a contagious bacterial infection caused by staphylococcus!. It's spread by contact!.!.!. Impetigo is treated with antibiotics orally and topically!. Just wash your hands regularly and minimise skin contact!. Just watch out for any lesions!. Even though it is contagious, you won't necessarily get it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would trust the doctor but if they are wrong then maybe it is shingles!. Go to another doctor and ask their opinion and if they say it is impotigo too ask if it is contagious and why you have not caught it!. Remember, you may be vaccinated for it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

He needs to go back to the Dr and ask again!! Most surgeries have a different Dr, so make an appointment to see him or her!. It could be cellulitis which is severe and he will need a long course of anti biotics!. That makes the skin look very red and sore and can spread!. So pls take him back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unsure, but recommend that both of you become proactiv in both of your health then passive!. Found its way better because then you need to go unnecessary parts or whatever they are called!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Check out his symptoms at WebMD to me it sounds more like shingles than impentigo!. Has he ever had chicken pox!? If you have had a shot against chicken pox you may not get shingles but sometimes you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
