Sleep and food give you energy and when you don't sleep your body craves sleep more and vice verse!. You need to maybe go see your doctor and go to a bed a normal time and then get it to a normal pattern maybe he can prescribe sleeping tablets to help you get back into a sleeping pattern!. if you're hungry eat fruit, don't snack on junk food, have three meals a day most important have breakfast!. Make an appoinment with your doctor as soon as possible and then you'll manage ur sleeping pattern better!.
