Question: Ok I had surgery on my foot and I cant!.!.!.!.
And I can't run as well as other and I want to be able to!. It is really hard to run now!. I am going to do cross country next year and I want to win a race and I am slow and I want to be able to keep up with other kids because I don't want to be left out!.!.!. Some times I can keep up with other people but then sometime I can't and it does get really agrevating!.!.!. So what should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i just got foot surgery too about a month ago!. ive been working on running as well!. i started on a treadmill just doing it slowly!. and every day i increase the speed a little bit!. i even started adding elevation sometimes!.
just work up to it and eventually you can get back to normal!Www@Answer-Health@Com
