Question: Ways to make nails grow faster!?
i haven't bitten my nails in 2 weeks and some white tips are only starting to grow!. i'm proud of my self that i've made it this far even if it does sound bad!. i'm just wondering if there is anyway i can help my nails grow faster!. i push down my cuticles anyway and i'm not sure if it showed any results!. i eat a lot of protein too!.
is there anyting i can do!?
