Please know that you are strong enough to get through this! I know you are hurting, and want to feel better!. Call a local suicide hotline, or talk to someone, anyone! It's amazing how much better you will feel if you just talk it out, and have a good cleansing cry! It sounds silly, but sometimes when I am feeling really down, I tell my cat!. She looks at me like I an nuts, but I always feel better!.

Everytime you feel like killing yourself imagine someone you love, and how they would feel!. Also think that when people see a picture of you in your year book, they would say!.!. oh thats the girl that killed herself!. You do not want that image!.
