What is the sharp pain I get in my foot?!

Question: What is the sharp pain I get in my foot!?

Sometimes, when I'm walking I get this sharp, hot pain in my right foot!. It's in the arch, and it only comes when my foot is angled like this:

Sorry about my drawing skills, lol!. But yeah, the pain only comes when I've got my weight on the foot but I'm stepping off it!. Anyone know what's causing it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
