I have a pain on my lower back right side,why?!
Question: I have a pain on my lower back right side,why!?
well i was at my friends house and i was sitting on chair and when i stood up i felt a pain on my lower right side and i stopped caused it hurts and when i do a surtin move it hurts also and i am thinking maybe a pulled a muscle or something i am13 years old and i have an icepack and i saw a red spot on the lower right sideWww@Answer-Health@Com

I used to get these pains when i was younger too!. Its not because of a ripped muscle or anything!. It could be growing pains, or you sat too long!. Sometimes when you stay in a certain position for too long, muscles tense up!. You just need to massage it out!. The tenseness can last for several days or longer!.
If you really think though that you did pull something, have a doctor examine you, but i highly doubt it, especially if you were just sitting!.
Did you do anything earlier, like physical activity, (running, biking, something, etc) that might have caused it!? Cause if it is red it might just start to be a form of bruising too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh gosh!.!. did you ingure your back!? How do you explain he red spot on the lower right side!.
