Answers:
You should probably ask this under the legal section, but unless you signed something giving them permission to have access to those records, which I doubt, they would not be able to ask that!. However, you're still going to be at risk if you do not comply to their request!. You might be best to just come clean and ask for them to give you a second chance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you tell them you went to the doctor!? Where I work you can reasonably assume that only a couple of days off you would not see a doctor!. It could be simple flu or something like that!. Tell them that you actually didn't go to the doctor because you knew what was wrong with you!. If the demand a note anyway go to your doctor and explain you had flu and that your work is demanding a note!. The doctor may give you one anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you under any contract that demands you show a Dr's note!? If not, tell them that it is not under the terms of your contract!. This worked for a friend of mine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

seeing as doctors aren't open at the weekend, how could you have gone!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

People don't always go to the doctor when they're sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
