How do i know if i broke/sprained my toe?!
Question: How do i know if i broke/sprained my toe!?
Yesterday I was running trying to catch the phone and my big toe bent all the way in, so it was like a stub, but it hurt!. And now it keeps cracking and when I push it down (like I'm curling it into my foot) it hurts!. I have a very good pain tolerance so I'm not really sure if I did anything or not!. There is nothing they can do for a broken or sprained toe!. It has to heal on it's own!. Try to keep it in an open shoe and don't keep pulling it!. Take advil to reduce the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Wow, I was looking for a similar !? on toes!. My newborn just woke up so I got up out of bed and started walking and my left leg was still asleep!. I didn't pull my foot up all the way so i just pulled my big toe under!. Sent me straight to the ground!
I can't really tell if it is swollen but I have a terrible shooting pain and it's tender to the touch!. But i'm still able to bend it a little!.
I might have to ask my own question lol

- Just to add!.!.!. I went and got the 1in First Aid tape from Target that is crinkly looking that sticks to itself!. I wrapped my big toe a few times loosely then placed a round cotton make-up pad folded in half between my big toe and the next one!. Then I continued to wrap it around both toes as well as wrapping it around my foot!.
Then I loosely wrapped a self cling 2in ace wrap around my foot for more stabilization!. It still hurts when I walk but not nearly as bad!. Then I coordinated my sock to match my work shirt and my shoe!Www@Answer-Health@Com
