Heartburn or anxiety?!


Question: Heartburn or anxiety!?
Not sure what I have!. I'm all ways thirsty!. I need to drink every hour except when I'm sleeping!. I never drink water though usually ice tee mostly pepsi but stoped that and also drink gatorade!. Usually 1-2 cups every hour!. Also I cant breathe sometime well like I cant catch a deep breathe nd when i drink makes it a lil better!. Also after a few hours after I eat my saliva gets kind of thick and hard to swallow and I feel like I'm going to vomit like is in my esophagus (sorry) but I never vomit!. I'm 17 yrs old it ben going on for about 2yrs or a little less!. Thanks for the help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would encourage you to drink more water!. You should also learn about adding unrefined seasalt to your diet!. It could help you get hydrated!. We need salt to sweat properly and it also aids digestion!.

Tea and pepsi have caffeine which will not alleviate dehydration!.

Gatorade is full of sugar!. None of these things will hydrate you like drinking pure water!.

Dehydration can cause heartburn!. It can also make you feel anxious and tense!.

You would be surprised to know how many people don't drink enough water!.

Have 1-2 cups every hour instead of the tea, etc!.!.

I think you wll find some relief!.

If you do this and still feel anxious or nauseous!. You probably should ask your doctor about it!.
