Question: Question about a knee problem!?
While I'm at work my knee will almost what to go backward without warning!. Weird thing it always seems to happen when I'm standing still!. As soon as it happens it hurts bad, right behind the lower part of the knee cap!. Then will do for a few days, go away and then happen again a week or two later!.

There could be an issue with the tendons around the knee cap such as being too tight (an example only but I have had something like this happen)!.

Sounds like you're double jointed and may require a knee brace - Find a good orthopedic surgeon and call for a consultation Www@Answer-Health@Com
