hi i got a question, well it started about 2 months ago and still goes on till this day!. i always wake up with u headache and i can kinda feel the headache coming from my neck and sometimes if i move my neck the wronge way or lay down or even tense my body it starts hurting!.
i been noticing when i move my head i hear 2 cracks and when i hear those my head hurts or if i move it it hurts i almost have to move my body to look!. can anyone helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

it might be that you are light sensitive which can cause a headache as the light passes through your optical cords leading to your brain!. It could also be the way you are sleeping if you think it is the way you are sleeping i would contact a sleep therapist sounds funny but they really know what they are doing and they do it well!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
