Question: Can I put a bag of frozen peas directly on my knee!?
I bruised up my knee pretty badly!.!.!. When I put a paper towel under the bag I feel almost on coldness at all!. Is it okay to the bag directly on my skin!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. It's probably best to clean the plastic, especially if you have cuts in your skin!. (it's ok assuming you do NOT have sickle-cell anemia, beta thalassemia, or some other blood-clotting disease which you would already be aware of anyway)Www@Answer-Health@Com
actually if you put it directly on your skin, it can cause freezer burn (noooooot good! haha) and even if you can't feel it, it IS helping!.
