Yes that applies to everyone!.Beyond 8 hours gives you a jet lag effect!.Waking up at the same time is utterly essential,so your body can get into a constant rhythm!.l think 7 hours is enough!.

You can get in a cycle of oversleeping which leaves you just as tired as if you don't get enough sleep!.

I do find that to be my case!. On Friday night, I go to sleep at 1230AM and wake up at 9:15AM, which is almost 9 hours of sleep!. That Saturday, I feel tired!. But when I get like 5!.5 to 7 hours on a weekday, I feel more refreshed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, it's very true!. The more I sleep the more tired I am and the less I wasnt to stay up, and the less sleep I get the longer I want to stay up!.

yes! i can never sleep and probably go to sleep at 1am and then wake up again at 6am for school!. but however if i have a so-called 'early night' in the morning i feel terrible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
