Hand washing vs Hand Sanitizer ?!

Hand washing with soap for 30 seconds under hot running water is the best option but if you don't have access to running water at the moment then hand sanitizer is better than nothing but you should wash your hands as soon as you can!. Also the FDA recommends that hand sanitizers not be used in place of soap and water but only as an adjunct!.
