How do you refresh you eyes after the computer or psp?!


Question: How do you refresh you eyes after the computer or psp!?
i have paper towels, ice mountain water, anything I can do with that!. I dont have cucumbers!.!.!. helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

just look as far as you could for at least 2 mins!. while blinking occasionally!. try to do this for every 30 mins!. of staring on the screen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can get refreshing eye drops!

For now though maybe some fresh air might help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
