Answers:
Salt does not cause high cholesterol, fats do!. Salt causes high blood pressure!. If you checked his blood level, was you checking it for sugar or blood pressure!? Your question does not make sense!. Blood sugar lever should be between 70-130 2 hours after a meal, you can't get a cholesterol level without lab work where the hospital or clinic draws blood!. If you took his BP what was the bottom number!? I think you are confusing cholesterol with sugar or high blood pressure!. Salt has no effect on cholesterol but it does on BP, it also has no effect on sugar!. There is a salt substitute called "Mrs!. Dash" the people on salt restricted diets can use that doesn't raise their BP!. You can email me if you want and I will be glad to explain to you what your Dad needs to do as soon as I am sure of his condition you are asking about!. Mrs Dash can be found at most any grocery store!. But high cholesterol won't drop by removing salt from the diet, I think you are confused by his health problem!. Hope this clears things up for you, email me if you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tell him to stop being so selfish by being slave to his love for salt and think about his family!. tell him to work out more and some of the supplements like garlic pills helps cholesterol, but in the end most important thing is diet!. and its all up to himWww@Answer-Health@Com

try oatmeal and CheeriosWww@Answer-Health@Com
