Question: Quit smoking, should i feel like this!?
I have been a non smoker for over two weeks now and today and yesterday i have been feeling so down!. Im not wanting a cig or am upset about not being able to have one, just feel dead emotional!.
Is this common!? how many other people have felt like this whilst quitting!? I got into a right crying state last night over something so silly and not even to do with fags!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is extremely common to have weird emotional responses that make no apparent sense to quitter!. Getting tearful, angry, restless etc!.
You are doing well, it is a come down symptom!. Please don't go back to the fags, this will pass! Also, it may be a January thing, it is crappy, miserable month after all!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think this is normal!. The cigarette you used to smoke blocked out your true self!.
Now you are a none smoker you will have the ability to live life to the full, and experience what it's like to be human, without the need for a quick fix of a cig!.

I've been a non smoker for 3 months and I felt the same way!. After talking to every ex smoker I knew, I figured that after having cigs as your crutch for so long, its actually you grieving for the loss of your "friend" or "Stability" You will get over it!!! Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
just normal, it takes a long time to get used to not smoking!. Don't think that you can have just one as a treat you will be smoking full time staight away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
