A stubbed toe can be quite painful for several days!. Here are some tips to reduce the pain!.
1!. First place some padding (gauze squares work well) between the injured toe and its neighbor!.
2!. Use a piece of medical adhesive tape and tape the injured toe to its neighbor!. Tape loosely so that circulation is not impaired!. This will provide stability if the toe is sprained or fractured!.
3!. Elevate your foot!.
4!. Use ice often about 20 min!. at a time!. Use a cloth between your skin and the ice to prevent cold injury!.
5!. Avoid weight bearing on the injured toes until pain improves!. Use crutches or a cane!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have injured multiple toes from stubbing them!. This is the same advice given by my doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Stubbed it!? I think you have broken it!. Cannot do much about broken toes!. No plasters or casts!. Wear comfortable shoes, if any!. You do not have to see a doctor, but if you did he could advise you something good to relieve the pain!. You need a walking stick for a week, or else a crutch!.
Don't worry, it will all work out okay soon enough!. But you will be limping for a week yet!. Just cope with it if the pain is bearable!.
Next time, though, look!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would wait afew days then if its still sore go to the doctors!. if its broken they can't really do much to it so see if the pain goes away first!. Maybe try taping it up if it is too bad!. if its not broken it should take up to a week to coem right just try not to think about it if you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
