Is it normal to be THIS sore after a hard workout?!
Question: Is it normal to be THIS sore after a hard workout?
To be honest, I haven't done a whole lot of exercising over winter. So on Sunday, I was spontaneously motivated to sign up for a bootcamp class. It as an hour work out of basically....non-stop obstacle courses, drills and suicides.
It has been two full days now, and I still can't walk right I'm in so much pain. My knees have actually buckled more than once while walking my muscles are so sore.
I think I really hurt my self from this workout. Or is this normal after a tough workout?

If you have been working out that hard after a period of inactivity, then yes, you are going to be very sore. You should have started with light workouts with weights and some cardio activity, then signed up for the boot camp class. You should always start out slow and work your way up.
The quick answer is yes. Two days is nothing. It could be your diet, it could be Delay Onset Muscle Soreness (though the delay part may mean this is wrong), it could just be being unused to exercise for so long.
