Question: Bad pain in the neck?
The other week I woke up with really bad pain in the back of me head goin down into my neck an slightly on me shoulder I just asmued I'd slept funny it weared off and now its come back but worse I feel astho I can't even turn my neck it hurts that much and I'm sure its giving me mindgranes

Some folks have a degenerative neck thing that is a combo of vertebrae compressing together, and narrowing of the interior of the vertebrae where the spinal cord is. I have this myself. Headaches are bad and last a while. For these I take ibuprofen and aspirin because they are anti-inflamatory, unlike Tylenol. go to a sports medicine doc and get shots of quartizone in the discs between the neck bones. They fix the pain for about a year and keeps the neck mobility.
