shoulder and knuckle injury?!

Question: Shoulder and knuckle injury?

Got caught up in a fight 49 days ago and have a shoulder injury and pain in two knuckles,hate docs so don't suggest it,can only lift my arm about half way up when fully stretched,also knuckles are not swollen is it muscle damage or ligament.....?there was no bruising inflamatary gel does nothing and pain killers a waste of time
