My stomach hurts then goes away?!
Question: My stomach hurts then goes away?
It hurts in the middle of my belly button, well, in the middle of my stomach.
This has been happening for the last 6 days and its not hurting as much today but the pain still comes back.
I'm fourteen years old and also when I go to the toilet its like/similar to diarreah? but then I went to the toilet again today and it went fine, after 4 hours then it went back to something like diarreah again.
I've never experienced this before.
The first time it hurt was when I was sleeping, I woke up and it was hurting like HELL, somewhere near my belly button and my right of my stomach/upper right hip?"
Panadol doesn't help me much. (I took them at school cause it hurt real bad and I went to the nurse)
Anyone have any guesses or a certain answer?

not everyone on here is a doctor. Just go to a doctor its better to catch what ever it is before it gets worse. Trust me I know. My dad had ignored pains before and he did it for so long it ended up being a cancer that was at one point not to serious than it ended up life threatening. Its better to just go see a doctor they know whats best
Most likely you have some kind of a gastrointestinal infection. Most such infections go away on their own without any treatment. But if it doesn't get better on its own for many days, then you should see a medical doctor and get some kind of medical treatment.
I'm having the same types of pains, and it may be appendicitis.
