Do you lead a sedentary lifestyle? If so, getting more physical activity would help a tremendous amount, as sedentary people can get in a bad cycle where they are always tired even though they sleep too much already. Get tired physically and mentally and you your sleep will be much more...restful. Also, avoid caffeine and large amounts of sugar for several hours before bed. There is also a (reasonably small) chance of a medical condition such as sleep apnea.
Sometimes you can be getting to much sleep... Are you doing any Activities? Like sport of running like exercise ? That usually helps people sleep better.. And don't eat late or near when you go to bed because then your body is working to digest food all night and that makes you tired the next day
