Hopefully the freezing process is sufficient to cause tissue necrosis (death,) in the verruca and surrounding viral infected tissue. This will blacken and slough off.
GP for more years than I care to remember
hopefully they are not deep? the freezing process kills the skin ( and verruca) cells as it destroys the cell walls. it is painless but can be slightly uncomfortable for a short while during the process and a a moment after.
IF ? they go deep freezing will not be effective and they wil need cutting out with a scalpel and an acid based chemical put on them to burn them away.
more discomforting than freezing.can take a fair while to get rid off.
wife has them and is down to one left !!
