Half asleep, terrible scary moment. Help?!

Question: Half asleep, terrible scary moment. Help?
Last night I was almost asleep and I turned around (i have a mirror wall, kinda) and I saw some shadow ball falling on the floor really fast. I couldn't move and all I could hear was some really loud noises, it felt like a plain was crashing right beside me. To add to that, a demonic voice was screaming at my ears, how fun.

I was really scared, I didn't know what to do. I'm afraid it might happen again. It's not the first time I couldn't move half asleep, but I never heard something like that...

What the hell happened?

Have you been watching scary movies lately? Anything bad happen recently (I.e. Death of a loved one)? Are you scared of the dark? Is this the first time this happened?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this is perfectly normal.

Honestly, this sounds like something that would happen to me after I watched Scary Movie 3

If it happens again I would see a psychologist

your place could be hunted by a prankster spirit, or an evil spirit. you could try getting a recorder, and than before you go to bed, ask question. "is someone here?" "whats your name?" "why are you here?" "i saw something the other night was that you?" and other open ended questions like that. than the next day replay the recording and listen very carefully to see if you got any reply at all. do not expect a really loud voice. it my only be a soft voice.

ghost hunters, and i've had my own experiences with ghosts, spirits, demons, ext.

You must have been experiencing sleep paralysis. It happens they say it's when you are half asleep and something comes over you, you can't move or do anything. They say you will also hear some pretty weird things. This could also be a start of an OBE (Out of body expierience) Where your "Soul" gets taken out of your body... So yeah it's probably just sleep paralysis. It's really scary when it happens... and it's definitely NOT a fun time.

My friends are weird. O.o

Your actually not awake, your asleep and dreaming your wake, there is a name for it. It is horrible not been able to move. my dads GF has them often so we looked into it. If its going to bother you tonight, cover the mirror up and put the radio on in the background very low, just to soothe you so you don't hear every bump in the night, have a good nights sleep.

Dream.
