My boyfriends filling in his back tooth fell out and he doesnt have health insurance and cannot afford to pay out of pocket.

He really needs to see a dentist cavities don't get better and he is risking loosing the tooth. There are temporary filling kits at the drug store in the dental aisle. Please encourage him to go to a dentist. He may be able to work out a payment plan with the doc.
