Question: Migraine? I feel like i'm dying!! please help!?

i've had this 'headache' for hours now, and i've taken a dose of Excedrin Migraine, which usually helps, but this time it's doing absolutely nothing, i took it an hour ago, and my brain feels like its exploding, i've eaten today. and i got my protein and all that good stuff, i've been drinking a lot of water too, but still i feel terrible..it literally feels like someone is taking an ice pick and jamming into my eyes behind my eye sockets..im super sensitive to light and sound..being on this computer isn't helping any, but nothing is working, and i need someone's help..i even took a nap, and after i finally fell asleep i was fine, but i woke up sweating and my head in excruciating pain again. whats wrong with me?
as a side note, i've been extremely stressed lately, do you think this migraine has anything to do with that? i mean i've heard that stress causes biological problems, so could this be caused by it?
and what can i do to get rid of this freaking headache?! someone please help me):

Lay down with a soft ice pack under your head, right above your neck.

You can also take 4 OTC ibuprofen tabs (800mg) every 4-6hrs as you need it for the pain. It helps mine.

I know a friend who always get very powerful headaches because they drink alot of pepsi that can be the problem or if u dont drink enough water but u said u did and u said u were stressed ans stress can do alot to your body like stomach aches and cramps and more just hold in there and take some aleve hope this helped and feel better
