electronic cigarette?!

I have been using my electronic cig every day, Chain smoking it from the time I wake up til the time I got to bed for a full year now. And I have not had one bad side effect at all. I just love it !

Bought a blu cigarette from ecigstation.com and have been smoking err vaping for a few months now. Though I know it is not a long period I am certain that it is certainly a better alternate to smoking because it delivers nicotine but not tar. Tar is actually far worse than nicotine. Hence I strongly believe that in the long run ecigs are better than smoking.

Having said that nicotine is not natural - I am not a doctor but I can guess that it cannot be good for you. Quitting smoking is really the best option. If you can switch to ecigs that is better - at least a step in the right direction.

Your bro has made the right move but quitting altogether is really best for him.
