How long have you been in this state. If it is for a couple of days,
it will resolve itself. If there is too much fluid inside, and your ear cannot cope with draining the fluid, even if you try the quick exhale while holding your nose it will not work, you will have to be patient. I had that problem for a few weeks. It will resolve itself.
