Growing Pains or Something Else?
I have pain in my calf on only one of my legs. I am 16 years old and I have not excericised any.
Are these growing pains?
Do they usually occur in only one leg or both?
If they are what can I do to relieve the pain?
If you can answer any of these questions it would be greatly appreciated.
Answers:
Could be a deficiency of potassium, calcium, magnesium or Vitamin B6.
Bananas are rich in potassium, dairy products are rich in calcium, nuts are rich in magnesium and potatoes are rich in Vitamin B6.
