Hand atrophy and slight hand & arm pain?!

Question: Hand atrophy and slight hand & arm pain?
Hi, I noticed this morning that my right hand was more bony than my left hand. I noticed slight pain in my right hand past few weeks but I didn't take notice of it and thought it would go away. I also noticed the muscles at the base of my fingers on my hand being thinner and my knuckles more pronounced. The muscles below my thumb (thenar & hypothenar if I'm correct) are much larger than my left hand. The skin also appears more yellow on my right hand. I use my computer mouse everyday for extensive periods of time. The mouse also has a red light/lazer below it as normal. Could this be the cause and can my hand go back to normal again? I'm worried cos I need to use my PC for work every day. I also notice my skin is less sensitive, feels a bit numb and my arm seems a little swollen also.

Answers:

Its difficult for atrophy to become fine once it occurs, unless you get treamtent as early as possible cause then physiotherapy etc may help.
