Forearm/wrist pain.?
whenevr i curl at the gym or work out my arms, my forearm (the ulna) hurts very badly. it feels like someone hammered it or something. anyone have any idea what this might be? i know it might not be enough info but i cant explain it. wrist braces dont work either. it doesnt hurt when i bench press or do my back. just when i work out my arms. especially curling.

Do wrist exercises that are in a twisting motion like turning a door knob. If the pain continues after a couple of weeks or gets worse, see a doctor for possible tendon diseases or damage.
