Why do I keep misreading things?!

Question: Why do I keep misreading things?
This happens quite a bit but a lot of times I'll read a number like. '11'. But I'll see '1'. And it's not until someone points out that there's another number or letter there I notice it's actually 11.
It happens with words too, I can misread words that are similar. And I won't notice till someone points it out.
LIke 'cofactor' and 'codominance'

I've recently had my eyes check...why is this happening so frequently?

Answers:

it could be a sign of dyslexia
sounds odd- but get your hearing checked ( in the soundproof room in which words are heard thru a headset then you repeat out loud what you hear )
a EMT can tell

Maybe a deficiancy in iron and vitamins also dehydration is a possibilty. So go grab a 1 litre bottle carry it with you and drink throughout the day, eat more vegtables and fruits also change the colour of the paper to see the writing better thats what helps me and good luck.

Dyslexia, look it up.
