Well maybe I should have said a weak neck!
Answers:
Ask the guys who run the desk or hire a personal trainer if you can afford it. If you have a weak neck you need to be exercising those muscles to strengthen them. However, you need to be doing the exercises correctly.
I was doing several things wrong and one day I asked the guy behind the desk to show me what I was doing wrong and he gave me several pointers. It helped me tremendously.
