Backache after exercising?
Help, ive never had backache before
but after gymming i have pain in my lower back..
does anyone know what happened.. and how can i cure it; can it be cured?
did i accidentally tear my muscles or dislocate something?:-O
anyone with experience please help!! thank you!

bad posture when working out.
It may seem wierd, but if lifting weights, etc.
Stick ur butt back, and your chest forward, with your back straight. That way it takes a lot of strain off the back.
Also try slowly building core muscles for support. These are muscles such as abs and lower back.
