How do you stop someone snoring?
my husband snores so bad that when hes upstairs i can hear him over the tv downstairs its disgusting.HELP
Answers:
My partner uses snoreze throte spay which works really well (it takes a couple of nights to kick in tho). But there are lots of different types of snoring (yes really) so before you run out and buy either the nose stips or the spay you need to work out if he's snoring from his throte or nose. It might be wise getting him to the dr tho as bad snoring can be a sign of sleep apneoa which is where a person stops breathing in their sleep because the flap at the bak of the throte is too relaxed. all of these are treatable tho.
And if someone is over weight that greatly increases the changes of loud snoring (and i should know-thats my partners main prob).
