First you need to outline the ways in which the workers support the ind and wellbeing. For instance, ensuring they stay as active as possible - not doing things for them that they can do themselves such as dressing/undressing, walking etc. Ensuring that they have access to footcare, etc. Encouraging them to socialise and have interests. Respect their need for privacy, dignity. Allow extra time to complete any tasks. Provide any aids to help with daily tasks, like kettle pourers, or grabsticks. Provide home carers to an appropriate level, and alarm systems within easy reach to allow them to remain at home for longer.
