How can I relieve the pain in my back?!


Question: How can I relieve the pain in my back?
I have been sleeping on an air mattress for the past month and a half. only because i have no money to buy a real bed and now my back is killing me. i have tried taking pain relievers, having someone give me a massage and tried to work it out. we've tried having me bend some to naturally pop my back but it wont pop and it still hurts. we know that the air mattress is what has caused the pain but now we cant figure out how to make it stop. please someone actually try and help?

do you have some thick blankets maby? that can make it softer

other then some extra cushioning theres really nothing you can do untill you get a matress that fits your liking

sleep on the floor

look for a used mattress
as social services for a referral, some thrift stores help out
church
